A vision is like a lasso to your future. The future you were created to live in. What you were designed for. If you can tap into what's really and truly in you, then you can grab your future from where you are now. Vision enables you to tie yourself to your destination and pull yourself, step by step, in that direction. Can you see it?! C'mon ride 'em cowboy!! :)

There is so much in this. Just as Michelangelo could see a statue in a block of marble, so can you see your 'destination' your 'end'. All you have to do is get the tools and training and then apply yourself towards what you can see. The key is to see it. Can you see it. Dream!! Take the time to really see what's in you. As Steve Jobs said: "listen carefully to your heart and intuition, they seem to know what you truly want to become". If you have a vision that includes others, like Michelangelo, you need to reveal to others eyes. That is envision those in your team. Back yourself. What's in you is amazing.
At 9 years old Tom Daley saw this. He created his result in his mind and then drew a picture to illustrate what he saw. He wrote on it 'my ambition'. At NINE YEARS OLD! ...and then committed everything to making it happen. The power of vision. Can you see it? Phenomenal!!
